History

Our family departed from Mongolia in 17th century, passing from Turkmenistan and Syria finally came to Anatolia which was ruled by Ottoman Empire on those days, for Silk Road trading. 9 brothers who was appointed to revive the economy by spreading across the lands of country with the order of Ottoman Empire after a while, had offered services in agriculture, live stock, food, construction and accommodation for a long time. Mehmet Efendi who stayed in Anatolia was called as “Tabanlıoğlu” and this name was carried up to date. Tabanlıoğlu familiy’s 4th generation Ali Altındağ who got Altındağ surname in accordance with surname law brought upon proclamation of the republic, put his 4th son the name “Hacı Ali” who was born in 1946, in order to keep his name alive.  When Ali Altındağ and his eldest son Zeki lost their lives in a desperate traffic accident in 1957, his eldest survived son Bayram Altındağ undertook the management. Hacı Ali Altındağ who went to Switzerland then Germany to carry out studies and researches in favor of the company after married in 1963 and came back to Turkey in 1976, then they incorporated Altındağ A.S. He left the management of the company to his sons in 1998. Company took the place in worldwide it deserved upon getting Zerberg name in 2009. Now 6th generation of Tabanlıoğlu family has the management.
